Industrial & Warehousing
Cameras that survive the shop floor.
Wide-area perimeter coverage, weatherproof housings and vehicle gate automation built for dust, vibration and 24-hour shift patterns.
Overview
Security for industrial & warehousing sites, in short
Industrial sites break consumer-grade equipment quickly. Dust ingress, temperature swings, welding flash and vibration will kill a domestic camera inside a season. We specify IP66/IK10 hardware, route cable away from motor runs to avoid interference, and design for the gate as much as the building.
Who we protect
The industrial & warehousing sites we install for
Factories
Production floors, stores and shift gates, with attendance for large workforces.
Warehouses
Loading docks, racks, yards and the perimeter, day and night.
Cold storage
Cameras and cabling suited to low temperatures and condensation.
Industrial parks
Shared gates, boom barriers and vehicle logging across units.
Construction sites
Temporary, often wireless or solar cameras for sites without permanent power.
What usually goes wrong
The problems we see on industrial & warehousing sites.
- 1 Long perimeters Fence lines run hundreds of metres, well past the reach of a standard camera and cable run.
- 2 Vehicle gate bottlenecks Manual gate logging slows trucks and leaves you with a paper register nobody can search.
- 3 Harsh environment failures Dust, heat and vibration degrade unsuitable hardware within months.
- 4 Shift-based accountability Attendance across rotating shifts and contract labour is hard to verify.
What we deploy
How we solve them.
ANPR vehicle gates
Number-plate recognition opens the barrier for known vehicles and logs everything else.
Thermal & IR perimeter
Long-range detection that works in total darkness and through dust haze.
IP66 / IK10 hardware
Sealed, impact-rated housings rated for the actual environment, not an office.
Fibre backbone
Runs beyond 100 m move to fibre so distant gates are not a weak link.
Contract labour attendance
Face-based terminals at the gate handle high-turnover workforces without card logistics.
Weighbridge integration
Vehicle footage tied to weighbridge events for dispatch dispute resolution.
Not sure which of these your industrial & warehousing site needs? The survey decides — and it is free.

How the project runs
STEP 01
Free Consultation
Call or WhatsApp us with the premise, the concern and a rough budget. You speak to someone who installs these systems, not a call-centre agent.
STEP 02
Free Site Assessment
We visit the site, mark camera positions against real sightlines, check cable routes and power, and give you a written layout before any payment.
STEP 03
Professional Installation
Certified technicians install and configure with clean, concealed copper cabling. Mobile viewing is set up and tested before we leave.
STEP 04
Handover & Ongoing Support
We walk you through the live system, hand over a GST invoice and 2-year warranty, and stay reachable for service and AMC.
Timings are typical, not guaranteed. They depend on site access, scope and equipment availability; your written quote confirms the schedule.
Quick answers
Questions we get asked
What cameras suit a warehouse perimeter?
Weatherproof cameras with strong infrared or colour night imaging, placed so each covers a clear stretch of fence or wall. For long perimeters we plan overlapping views so there are no gaps.
Can you record vehicles entering and leaving?
Yes. We install cameras at the gate for vehicle footage and can add boom barriers with RFID for vehicle access control.
Do you install shift attendance for factory workers?
Yes. Face-recognition or fingerprint attendance handles large shift changes, with reports for payroll.
Can the cameras cope with dust and heat?
We choose cameras with suitable weather and dust ratings for the conditions and mount them where they can be cleaned.
Do you install fire alarms in warehouses?
Yes. We place smoke and heat detectors by risk area — heat detectors where dust would cause false alarms — with a zoned panel.
