How a package gets installed

Call or WhatsApp us with the premise, the concern and a rough budget. You speak to someone who installs these systems, not a call-centre agent.

STEP 02

Free Site Assessment

Usually within 24 hrs

We visit the site, mark camera positions against real sightlines, check cable routes and power, and give you a written layout before any payment.

STEP 03

Professional Installation

Typically 1–3 working days

Certified technicians install and configure with clean, concealed copper cabling. Mobile viewing is set up and tested before we leave.

STEP 04

Handover & Ongoing Support

Ongoing

We walk you through the live system, hand over a GST invoice and 2-year warranty, and stay reachable for service and AMC.
